Le studio se compose d'une pièce de vie avec cuisine entièrement équipée, espace repas et coin salon (comprenant un lit escamotable) ; une entrée avec coin montagne (deux lits), une salle d’eau, un wc séparé, un dégagement séparant espace de vie du coin montagne et un balcon avec vue dégagé sur les montagnes. Animaux acceptés sur demande. Multi-pass disponible.

Nous jouissons d’une magnifique localisation centrale au pied du Mt-Blanc, à - de 15km de Megève, St-Gervais ou encore Chamonix Vous trouverez de nombreux commerces et restaurants à proximité

Mon logement est situé entre les plages du lac Léman et les montagnes du chablais. Il est parfait pour les couples et les familles (avec enfants). Les stations de ski de Bernex et Thollon avec vue surprenante sur le Léman sont à 15min, Chatel 25min, Morzine 40 min, vous en profiterez été comme hiver ! Idéalement situé sur le plateau de Gavot pour profiter des joies du vélo, de balades, randonnées, trails sur sentiers balisés. Genève est à 1h en voiture, Chamonix 1h40. Plages du Léman à 15min
