The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. Walk 1-2 minutes to the beach or walk 1-2 minutes in the other direction to Main Street where you will find shops and restaurants. Ember, The Port, 3 Monkeys, Beer Garden, and Mad Minnow. This home is in the dream location. Pull in and you don't need to drive until you leave. Walkable to Wychmere beach club. This home is often shared by guests of events celebrated at Wychmere.

This cozy cottage is located on a private 42 acre, spring fed, crystal clear private pond. Enjoy kayaking, swimming or fishing from the dock or just relax on the deck overlooking the pond. Sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and trundle bed in the 4 season room. There is good fishing and canal cruises, cafes and restaurants close by and a summer concert series in park. Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage

"Coaster" Village Location!

Sweet Cottage just a 1/2 mile to Bank Street Beach and only a block from Main Street. Lovely gardens and landscaping makes it a wonderful retreat setting. Summer months July to August 15 are at least 1 week rentals Saturday to Saturday ,August 15 to end of August 3 night stays or if there is availability as the time gets nearer. Off season, 2 to 3 night stay minimum, I provide linens, coffee and towels for short term rentals. Cottage sleeps 3 adults nicely, 4 if 2 children.

Cape Cod Classic Cottage Near Forest Beach

See Cape Cod at its most traditional in this cozy, fully renovated cottage. Get a good night's sleep in the cozy bedrooms with central a/c and blackout shades. Prepare for the day in the clean and bright interior. Pack up your beach chairs and cooler and take a short walk down to Forest Beach. Grab your bike and hop on the Cape Cod Rail trail nearby or take a short drive into charming downtown Chatham. After a day in the sun, unwind in the hammock or enjoy a BBQ on the deck.

Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

Waterfront Cottage on White Pond(Graham Cracker)

Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!
