Forest Retreat, 90 miles to Niagara Falls.

Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Located in a quiet country setting but minutes from Bemus Point, Mayville, Chautauqua Institution, Lily Dale, State Forest, National Comedy Center. Five minutes from Chautauqua Lake and the snowmobile trails run off our backyard. Spacious home with large family room kitchen combo with eat at bar. 2+ acres so bring your lawn games! Grill and picnic table on back deck then enjoy s'more at the fire ring. Lots of wildlife to observe and beautiful sunsets! Plenty of parking for boats and snowmobiles.

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this cozy cabin on a quiet dead end street. With Snug Harbor Marina just a few minute walk down the street, Chautauqua Lake is right at your fingertips! Enjoy cooking outdoors with the BBQ grill, or make use of the full indoor kitchen. Create memories with the family while roasting s'mores around the gas fire pit and snuggling up with one of the board games provided. Snowmobilers can access the trail a couple miles away by road or by trailering to the Mayville Town Park.

Come and enjoy a warm fire up in the woods under the beautiful Hemlock trees, as well as the bubbling, steamy hot tub tucked under our pergola behind the house. Our fully furnished, family & dog friendly, lake view apartment is waiting for you. Come enjoy lake views, garden walks, and our open concept, eco living space. The apartment is situated on a quiet street perfect for dog walks & bike rides and conveniently close to restaurants, the highway, and nearby tourist destinations. We will try our best to accommodate reasonable early check ins when requested, dependent on our full-time work schedules.

Lakefront Escape

Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.

Charming 2 Bedroom/1 Bath home that has been totally remodeled. Brand new kitchen, appliances, floors, furniture, and more! Home has an open concept kitchen-living room, large bedrooms, huge deck with dining table and extra seating. There is an additional folding single bed if needed in MBR closet. Gas grill. Almost 1/2 acre backyard. Well behaved pets are welcome as are children.
