It was lovingly created using unique elements - Timbers and lumber from a turn-of-the -century dairy barn, and lumber milled from trees where the cabin now stands! Dramatic wall of windows facing into the forest valley below, and soaring ceilings of Colorado blue spruce. Horseshoe Ridge is situated on 10 wooded acres, and owner lives on property. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, both of which feature luxurious towel warmers.

This home is situated on 10 acres with stables and plenty of outdoor spaces for the whole family/friends. On the National Historic Registry. Folklore tells of a Civil war skirmish fought on the property, Frank and Jesse James... even a still under the house supplying moonshine to Al Capone. Large back porch w/ fire pit for family gatherings!
