I spent over two years looking for the best place to have an Airbnb in the area, and this was the winning spot! It is less than 20 minutes from the airport. You are in a quiet, peaceful place with over 40 acres of trees and wildlife around. The home is on Murphy Dome which is the best point to see the lights and you can easily see the lights from the comfort of this comfy vacation home. Hunting, fishing, hiking...all walking distance! My car is available for rent as well if you need transport.

A cozy homestead house built in 1950 with all of the modern upgrades. A small space packing lots of style! Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

We are located in Goldstream valley about 9 minutes from Fairbanks. It is a quiet get away spot surrounded by birch trees. Life is simple here. The bathroom is an outhouse - common in Fairbanks. We have a banya sauna for bathing. Running hot & cold water inside cabin. A store & laundromat with showers 1 mile away. Ivory Jacks restaurant & bar 1 mile away, Sam's Thai 3 miles. Great northern lights viewing! Close to hiking trails & bird sanctuary. Our home is a 4min walk from cabin.

This cabin is a great way for couples and newlyweds to disconnect from the hectic world we live in and enjoy the peace and quiet of tranquility and seclusion on your own private 100 acres. A place to experience Alaska the way it was meant to be!

Rustic Retreat

This beautiful two bedroom, one bath log home is a perfect retreat. The cabin is located only a few miles from both Fairbanks and North Pole, while still providing a secluded hideaway. You will enjoy the large deck, beautiful surroundings, two private bedrooms and a loft sleeping area. The rustic living area is designed for comfort, with an equipped kitchen, and upgraded bath. Please note, there is some trim to be finished. Upgrades are being finished between guest.

Wilderness and Aurora views close to town - A charming cedar shake house perched on a bluff overlooking the Tanana River with a view of the Alaska Range mountains and northern lights when the weather permits. About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.

Chalet in the Hills

Stylish 3 bedroom/ 2 bath Chalet in the hills above Fairbanks 12 minutes from the airport, 15 from downtown. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Alaska Range, Chena and Tanana Rivers from the massive deck. Tucked away in a beautiful forest of birch and spruce, our Hytte offers a thoughtful space to rest and explore. The furnishings have been thoughtfully curated to be minimalist, warm and peaceful. Many items are vintage or made by us. We have purposefully chosen amenities that are low waste and environmentally conscious. As a welcome to our guests, we provide fresh eggs from our flock of chickens, homemade granola, milk, fresh fruit, coffee and tea!
