The Nest Lavaux

The Nest is a 45m2 apartment with private access, occupying its own floor in a beautifully renovated former vigneron's home. Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Nest offers stunning views of Lake Geneva and the Alps. Whether you're seeking a peaceful getaway or an action-packed adventure, the region has everything for an unforgettable vacation.

Chalet ‘Tiny House’ sur 3 étages entièrement rénovée pour une famille de 4 pers. -Chambre parentale au rez-inférieur, salle de bain et toilette -Pièce à vivre (poêle à pellet) et cuisine ouverte au rez-supérieur. -Lit double confortable ‘dortoir’ dans les combles pour les enfants. Situé au dessus de St-Cergue au bord de la forêt, au calme. Admirez le levée du soleil avec la vue sur le lac Léman et les Alpes. Profitez de notre vaste jardin avec barbecue, four à pizza, bain extérieur et sauna.

Maison de village

Charmante maison avec petite terrasse au cœur du village de Messery. Proche de toutes commodités, à quelques mètres seulement (Supérette, boulangerie, boucherie, pharmacie, restaurant...). Un parking gratuit est disponible devant la maison. Le lac se trouve à environ 5 min à pied. La maison est située à 5 min en voiture du village médiéval d’Yvoire, 15 minutes de la frontière suisse, 30 minutes de Genève et 1h du centre ville d'Annecy. Les 1ères stations de ski se trouvent à env. 40 min.

Cozy cabin with private Finnish sauna

Pretty little cabin in upper St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, a cold plunge, bathroom and a patio (there is no kitchen, but there are restaurants in st-Cergue) Note: - the wifi is limited. Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).
