With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. Kalou, is a unique bolthole lovingly hand-built from reclaimed materials during lockdown. Previously sited elsewhere, the cabin has recently been upgraded to a more sustainable way of living, off-grid, and now surrounded by seamless views of tranquility and peace, nature and spectacular sunsets. Local wildlife treats include sheep, cows, displays by pheasants, random hare playing, deer running by, and potential sightings of owls. A truly unique getaway with easy access to the South Downs Way.

Hand-built by me and Granny Mongolia, the Yurt mixes traditional Mongolian design with bold colours, cosy comfort and treasures from Mongolia. Guests love the beautiful setting, outdoor spaces, comfort and character, and often say it feels calm and grounding from the moment they arrive. Surrounded by nature, it has a covered outdoor kitchen and dining room, a quirky outdoor bathroom, bbq and firepit areas. You’ll sleep under dark, starry skies and wake up to birdsong. Just you, a cosy space and a chance to rewind in pure tranquillity. Entering into Stonemeadow Shepherd’s Hut, you will find your own private escape surrounded by beautiful farmland. It is just a short drive to the centre of Chichester, close to Goodwood, gorgeous sandy beaches and the South Downs. Equipped with separate bedroom, with a kingsize bed, bathroom, full heating, TV and kitchenette with full sized fridge/with freezer, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. Fire pit and bbq.

The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome
