Chichester Victorian Home by Canal

A light, Victorian home with south facing garden, sleeping 4 adults and 3/4 children, few mins walk along canal to Chichester centre and train station (Goodwood event shuttle bus). Ideal for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are at the end of our peaceful street (South Bank), perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling (bikes available) to country pubs/ harbours. Toys and bikes free to use.

A spacious and comfortable two-storey annexe, within a 5 minute walk of Chichester City Centre. Downstairs: private entrance hall, cloakroom with W.C and basin, large kitchen-diner, lounge. Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower and small twin bedroom. (Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden. To keep your costs as low as possible, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Parking onsite.

The furnished suite is attached to our home but is completely self contained with own front door. Secure parking space, lounge, bedroom & family sized bathroom. The bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach.

Ideal for older families and small groups. Although central, the house is pleasantly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, with off-street parking for 2 cars. Mature, south facing garden, ideal to relax in after exploring the local beaches and the South Downs.

Watch The Wildlife From Little Barn near Goodwood

Little Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester. It can sleep up to 4 people. Little Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room & dining area with wood burning stove, modern bathroom, TV and wifi. Snuggle up & watch the ducks, swans & geese on the pond & the herd of wild deer grazing near by.

The Garden Lodge.

The lodge, which is in our garden, is in the beautiful village of Oving. Visit the beautiful West Wittering Beach (20 minutes drive) Chichester and Goodwood (10 minutes). It sleeps 4 (1 double and one single in the bedroom and a small double sofa bed in the living/kitchen space) but best suits 3-4. Groceries can be bought from Sainsbury's, 10 minutes by car.
