Chichester Victorian Home by Canal

A light, Victorian home with south facing garden, sleeping 4 adults and 3/4 children, few mins walk along canal to Chichester centre and train station (Goodwood event shuttle bus). Ideal for Goodwood, Festival Theatre, Downs, Wittering's beaches. The beautiful canal and countryside are at the end of our peaceful street (South Bank), perfect for country walks, boat hire, canoeing (courses/ solo) paddle board hire or cycling (bikes available) to country pubs/ harbours. Toys and bikes free to use.

The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Lovely ensuite to the large master bedroom & a further two bedrooms + family bathroom & a fabulous bedroom upstairs. Check out my guide book for things to do.

Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please.) Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

A spacious and comfortable two-storey annexe, within a 5 minute walk of Chichester City Centre. Downstairs: private entrance hall, cloakroom with W.C and basin, large kitchen-diner, lounge. Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower and small twin bedroom. (Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden. To keep your costs as low as possible, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Parking onsite.

THE BARN at Brookfield Farm, Walberton

The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests plus baby. The Barn is a large period conversion set on the edge of our family farm near Walberton. It is ideal for families or friends sharing. Sorry-- No Parties, Hen/Stag Parties. Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 2 small/medium dogs. There is a footpath close by. Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, shopping ,walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Cornerstones is a large bright family holiday home with a south facing garden. A perfect location for boating, walking, beach activities and cycling. Convenient for Chichester, Goodwood and within walking distance of some lovely pubs and cafes. There are some beautiful walks from the house which include harbour footpaths. Local maps in the house. The log cabin is a great place for teens. Weekend bookings must include both Friday and Saturday.
