We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. The back yard has a patio with full table, sitting area, lawn, shady, fish pond and landscaped to enhance birds, bees and butterflies is in progress.

The casita is fully furnished with new stainless steal appliances, Cal King bed, and spacious walk in shower. The sofa pulls out to a queen bed as a second sleeping space.

It is a short drive/bike ride down Vallombrosa Avenue to the University and downtown Chico and is filled with books, musical instruments, and places to relax for families or couples/friends traveling together.
