We built The Nook just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and spacious here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to downtown, Sierra Nevada or Bidwell park. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! Great for short or long stays with stellar laundry units. Enjoy a reserved parking space right outside the door. Private patio too. Need anything? we live a block away 👍🏼

Upgraded this year (2026): New fridge/freezer, gas stove, and Delta Heat grill! The perfect set up for a peaceful, relaxing vacation or your temporary home away from home when working out-of-town. Ideally located, the cottage is 1 mile from downtown, 6 blocks from Enloe Hospital, and a 10 minute walk to Chico State. There is parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, spacious deck, fire pit table and outdoor waterfall.

Light, bright attached guest house with queen bed, full kitchen (no dishwasher), tub/shower and small private patio. Enter the living room w glass slider overlooking patio. Step up into the kitchen with full fridge/stove/microwave/dining table. Bathroom w deep tub/shower, washer/dryer. From living room, step down to enter bedroom with queen bed and vaulted ceilings. Additional fees 10% TOT tax and a new 2.5% tourism fee (BCTBID assessment) will be collected as of September 1st.

This 2nd story detached one bedroom unit looks out into the majestic sycamores and oaks of Bidwell Park. The natural light and the lofted ceilings make the space feel airy and inviting. The bike path entrance to Bidwell Park is located on the other side of the property, making walks in the park an easy part of your daily routine. Also located close to the freeway, making any destination in Chico less than 10 minutes away in any direction. An easy 1 mile walk or bike ride to downtown!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient, in a quiet neighborhood our cottage is within walking distance of downtown , CSUC, and Enloe Hospital. We also accept dogs (no cats) for an addition fee of $15 dollars per day. We ask any dog left alone be kenneled. Please do not allow your dog on the furniture unless you cover it with sheets, which we will provide. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, HD cable TV, a very cozy queen bed and a single wide sofa bed, suitable for children .
