Hot Tub House! Large House for Entertaining Fun!

This is a great place for entertaining and enjoying yourself. The front of the house features HUGE yard space for games and hanging, and the backyard showcases a covered patio. The inside has just been remodeled, it includes two spaces for congregating. Livingroom includes a 65" Curved TV, a futon and a pocket door that transforms it into an additional bedroom. The main indoor congregation area includes an open concept kitchen, a dining room table, and another futon. Minutes from downtown!

Cottage By The Creek

The perfect set up for a peaceful, relaxing vacation or your temporary home away from home when working out-of-town. Ideally located, the cottage is 1 mile from downtown, 6 blocks from Enloe Hospital, and a 10 minute walk to Chico State. There is free parking, fast internet, cable, queen size bed with topper, hot tub, pool, bbq, corn hole game, breakfast fixings and snacks, comfortable, spacious deck, outdoor waterfall for soothing sounds, and of course, family members are welcome to visit.

Enjoy the park like backyard with private gated access to Little Chico Creek. This is a family friendly house, in a quiet neighborhood, a couple blocks from Baroni Park. Also located across from the new Meriam Park Development that includes restaurants, shops, shows and a dog park. We are only a 35 minutes drive to the snow! Enjoy a day of playing and sledding.

Updated VINTAGE Mid-Century original, with room to roam, makes a perfect environment for intimate gatherings, or a peaceful, private getaway. Our home is 3,400 sq. feet and sits on over an acre, with idyllic views of mature trees, horse pastures and Bidwell Park. We have two small children, so the place is setup for mellow family groups to relax and enjoy family time. We do not accept bookings of large youthful groups. No extra people on the property.
