We recently converted our garage into a beautiful studio apartment. We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Pets ok

The Nook!

We built The Nook just for AirBnB. It’s peaceful, clean and spacious here. You’ll love the central location, enjoy a 15 minute walk to downtown, Sierra Nevada or Bidwell park. As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! Great for short or long stays with stellar laundry units. Enjoy a reserved parking space right outside the door. Private patio too. Need anything? we live a block away 👍🏼

*The 9th St. Cottage*

Experience our new FULLY REMODELED 9th St. Cottage! The Cottage includes a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, Smart TV with streaming apps, wifi and a complete indoor laundry set up for longer stays. You will have the entire house to yourself with a backyard oasis and outdoor game area and fire pit seating. Close to Bidwell Park, amazing restaurants and easy access to the freeway this is the perfect place to stay! This is a DRUG AND SMOKE FREE zone. $500 will be charged for non-compliance.

The Sycamore House

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in Chico. It is located just three blocks from the entrance to Bidwell Park for morning walks, or about 1/2 mile to the quaint downtown Chico area! This home has been updated from top to bottom and has every amenity you could ask for! There is also a fully fenced front and back yard area for your furry friends! Relax under the lights by the fire pit in the backyard. This place feels like home!

Enjoy a comfortable and stylish stay at this sparkling clean, centrally-located, pet & family-friendly guesthouse with private yard. Experience the convenience of a hotel, the hospitality of a bed and breakfast, and the amenities of a vacation rental! Fully stocked kitchen and bath. The freeway entrance and Highway 32 are just around the corner. Downtown Chico, Chico State, Bidwell Park, south Chico shopping, and the Sierra Nevada Brewery are all within one mile or less.

Cozy 1 Bedroom Guest House with Pool access

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in North Chico, in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by walnut orchards, this is a 1,050 sq ft 2 story guest house. There is a full kitchen, wifi, pool table, two TVs with full cable, and plenty of parking, as well as access to the unheated swimming pool during the swimming season (April - Oct). We have multiple fruit trees on the property, and love to share the fruit. Butte County Permit: STR23-0017

Excellent hiking, biking, bird watching; outstanding dining and shopping; world class university; music and theater; all nearby.
