Welcome to Arrowsmith Cottage! Enjoy stunning views of Vineyard Sound from this cozy three bedroom two bath home in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from Lambert's Cove Beach. This upside down house has one bedroom on the main level along with a full bath and open kitchen, dining, and family room. The downstairs has another living space, two bedrooms, laundry room, and full bath. Enjoy family time in the open upstairs with water views, or retreat to the lower level living room for some separation, quiet time, or work space.

Waterfront Oasis minutes from Newport w/ hot tub!

Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. Kayaks and Glimpses of Westport Bay

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

Perfect for family gatherings, home has 3 bedrooms , loft for virtual work space or reading room, 1.5 baths plus the fully enclosed outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen, a deck that has seating for relaxing and also an octagonal picnic table, as well as lots of yard space for children or pups to play.

An easy walk to town and beaches. Parking is available in our driveway. Enjoy our historic home!
