The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

This adorable little building is post and beam construction - comfy, quiet, peaceful on 34 acres of woodlands and river front. Want to squeeze in more kids? New, bright and comfortable, this secluded cottage is conveniently located just 40 minutes from Sugarloaf, 50 minutes from Saddleback and 10 minutes to downtown Farmington. Feel free to walk, fat bike or x-country ski on nearly 4 miles of groomed private trails located just outside your front door! Contains a full kitchen for meal prep, as well as high speed internet, and climate control.

The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!

Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

The Ferrykeeper’s Cottage is a light filled oasis, surrounded by water, meadows & views of the famous Eggemoggin Reach. Our cottage offers handcrafted counters, stone sinks, & oceanic tile to create a unique setting. 3 houses to the beach. Borrow a kayak & explore our shore. Property borders Scott’s Landing - a treasure trove of birds, sand dollars, porpoises, seals & a family of foxes. *Queen bed + flip down sofa (latter suitable for 1 adult OR 2 small kids)

Stonington Harbor Cottage

SPECIAL: 10% discount for a 28+ day stay. This bright and cozy two-room TINY HOUSE was built in 2018 as a honeymoon suite. A full kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, coffee pot, microwave. A heat pump provides heating and cooling. Shaded picnic table and propane grill. Parking for one car only (no trucks/trailers). Ask about extra parking. One well-behaved dog is allowed, note $35 pet fee. No other pets or children. No TV, good wifi. 10pm quiet zone.
