This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Also a kitchen is available but residents are encouraged to enjoy the culinary experience provided on the ground floor restaurant area. The whole complex is situated right on the seaside of Nagos beach literally right outside your doorstep.

The shaded terrace facing the beach, offers the best sea view. There is a single sofa for an extra pers. in the bedroom.
