In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. The other bedroom serves as a television room, equipped with a queen-sized mattress

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Also, the place of Karfas is located in the middle of Chios, which makes it an ideal place for excursions around the island.

This 200 square meter apartment located on the top floor of our complex "Jason's Place" situated in Nagos beach of Kardamyla. Features a large balcony with a seaside view. Three bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as a large living room area. Also a kitchen is available but residents are encouraged to enjoy the culinary experience provided on the ground floor restaurant area. The whole complex is situated right on the seaside of Nagos beach literally right outside your doorstep.

Traditional house in picturesque alleys of Kalamoti. Recently rebuilt and fully equipped, it uniquely combines the feeling of 14th century with the amenities of the 21st. It has two floors in the first of which you will find the dining room, living room, the kitchen and a bathroom whereas in the second you will find the 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Finally a stone built ladder leads to the spacious terrace where you can dine and relax by the stunning view of the village.

Kampos has recently been proclaimed by the Ministry of Culture as a historical site. The historical course of the village begins from the Byzantine times, where most of the mansions were built.
