Από τη βεράντα του καταλύματος και την όμορφη καταπράσινη αυλή του θα απολαμβάνετε το πρωϊνό ή το γεύμα σας ατενίζοντας τη θάλασσα και ταυτόχρονα το μαγευτικό Πήλιο, με τον ήχο των αηδονιών και του νερού που τρέχει στο ρέμα μας. Villa Rodi is a seafront property in Kato Gatzea, in a wonderful location, just 50 meters from the sea. Consists of a 150 sq meters and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there are an open space living room with fire place, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and panoramic see view. The third bedroom has two single beds and garden view.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
