Enter this private apartment downstairs into the warm, spacious, light filled and welcoming living area with contemporary comfortable furniture. The kitchen is is fully equipped complete with all new appliances. There is a large, delighful, private and sunny outdoor courtyard with seating to enjoy your morning coffee. There are three quiet and private bedrooms upstairs. Two large bedrooms with inviting and enveloping queen beds and a third bedroom with a comfortable double bed. Also upstairs is the bathroom with the shower or soak in the luxury of a separate bath. There is a second toilet downstairs. A luxury in the central city, is the garage for off street parking for one small car. Free overnight parking off the street is available for a larger car. Clocktower Lane was designed by renowned architect Peter Beaven. This modern mews takes inspiration from London's metropolitan developments. The mews creates a private community inside one of Christchurch's thriving hotspots; the Victoria Street Precinct complete with a number of our best restaurants. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay We are happy to provide recomendations to make your stay more enjoyable. We understand the pleasure of finding a favourite restaurant, cafe or local sight. Please feel free to ask. The building is located in one of Christchurch's thriving hotspots, the Victoria Street Precinct, complete with various top-rated restaurants. Hagley and Victoria Parks, The Art Gallery, Museum, Town Hall and Avon River are within walking distance. The choices are many and varied depending on your desire. Certainly walking is pleasant and convenient within the central city. Driving in Christchurch is easy and parking is readily available. Perhaps hire an electric bike dropped off to your door. Taxis are plentiful and the public bus from the airport to the city passes 1 minute away. Christchurch airport is a very easy 20 minute drive from the apartment Please note that the bedrooms and main bathroom is upstairs. There is no sleeping accomodation downstairs. Netflix is available for your entertainment should you choose to stay inand of course there is free wifi. If you require accommodation for a larger group, please look at our other Luxury Clocktower Lane apartments. You may wish to consider combining apartments for your group.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space at the end of a private laneway. Accessed by external steps, the house is split into two pods connected by an external deck. Lofty ceilings and timber walls create a warm bach-like interior with large ceiling fans in each room and a log burner fire. Glass sliders open out to dramatic views of the harbour and hills. Enjoy a drink or BBQ on the large deck or unwind with a hot outdoor bath. Just a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket and brew bar.

This 1920s character house has been modernised in 2019 conserving features of a classic home such as unique windows and good spaced rooms. Located at the edge of the "four avenues" where most of Christchurch city's entertaining and shopping is situated, you will be close to everything, in a walk distance. Or within 15 minutes drive you can reach surfing beaches or the Port Hills.
