We invite you to relax and recharge in our well appointed, tiny home (12m2)- a cosy escape! Nestled in Cass Bay, expansive views of Lyttelton Harbour, outdoor bath- gas hot water- to star gaze, luxury bed, full ensuite, deck with outdoor bar. With easy access to coastal walking tracks, 500m walk to the beach, 5 mins from Lyttelton & 20 mins to Christchurch central this space is the perfect getaway spot. We have created the holiday space we always search for, come and enjoy it Summer or Winter!

Sunhaven

Warm and sunny, self contained apartment, private lounge and bathroom in a quiet lane on the lower slopes of Huntsbury Hill. Off street parking, 3 pin plug power for EV (small extra charge may apply). Small kitchenette with tea + coffee facilities, sink, fridge and microwave. Wifi, bus stop, shops and restaurant, 3 minute walk, 4 km to city center, 12 km (20 minute drive) to airport. Lovely on-site and helpful hosts. Please ask; but bed configuration not really suitable for children.

Cheerful 2 bedroom townhouse in Addington!

Come and stay at our new, centrally located 2 bed townhouse in Christchurch. The house located on Lincoln Road and has onsite parking complete with EV charger. It is within walking distance to Hagley park, hospital, Christchurch Arena, Tranzalpine and The Orangetheory stadium! The airport is only 15 minutes by car. Bus, scoot or cycle to the city in 10 minutes! We offer a convenient self check in service complete with your own access code so you won’t have to worry about key collection.

This downtown oasis is the perfect mix of style, comfort and convenience. Just a short walk to the myriad of city attractions on one side and the natural beauty of the Botanic Gardens on the other. Contemporary self contained modern cabin situated in a peaceful and private garden setting. It has 2 double glazed doors leading on to a deck with out door seating. Separate access way, with parking bay at side of cabin. Additional parking is available in adjoining paddock with gate through to alleyway. Cabin has starlink wifi with excellent wifi connection. The cabin is on a lifestyle block, with extensive gardens, orchard, herb garden, sheep, chickens, and hydroponic system.

Avonview Cottage

Avonview Cottage is a cosy place, warm in winter and cool in summer (with heatpump and HRV). There is a full kitchen, with large fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic cooktop (4 burners) and an oven. The bathroom has a nice hot shower and a small vanity. There’s also a front loading washing machine for you to use. The Avon River is very close by and the area is very quiet. A New World supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away and there are lots of other shops and restaurants around.
