Ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath.Washing machine & dryer.Bar in the building and minute walk to shops. I have another 2 suites in the building.

Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet.15 stairs to negotiate to the Apartment as the owner lives downstairs.I include a continental breakfast Semi rural outlook, 5 minutes to airport, 3 minutes to Bishopdale mall (by car). The Pool House @ Woodford Grace

The Pool House @ Woodford Grace is a one bedroom, separate private retreat next to our home and within lovely gardens in Christchurch. We are well located for getting around Christchurch easily. Approximately 15-20 mins walk from the Central City, about 10 mins from the historic Arts Centre and 3 mins walk to beautiful Hagley Park. The Airport Bus Route 8 stops outside our property. There are lovely cafes and restaurants to enjoy in the neighbourhood.

Separate from the main house in a peaceful and quiet suburb. Queen bed with quality linens and electric blanket (during winter) Ensuite bathroom, towels and shampoo/conditioner etc. Smart Tv/wifi. Kitchen facilities and laundry in the attached garage. Induction stovetop, mini oven, microwave, jug, toaster and all pots/plates/cutlery. Well equipped to make a delicious meal. Please note garage area is not insulated. Off street secure parking. All welcome 🙏

It is a 5 min drive to Lyttelton, a very cool suburb overlooking the harbour with cool bars & restaurants known for it's music scene.
