This is a unique duplex built in the 1920’s. You will have the entire top unit to yourself. It’s 850 sq ft. and houses up to 6 people. There’s 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and the couch folds out into a queen bed as well. There is a big covered porch with seating to enjoy your mornings and evenings. It is centrally located near ISU. It’s only 19 miles from pebble creek ski resort and minutes away from many hiking and biking trails. Come enjoy your stay in Pocatello.

The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

The studio has a separate entrance and is easy to come and go and has tons of natural light. There is a queen bed and also a twin sized pull-out sofa bed for an extra quest if needed. Located on country road that is beautiful for walking, we are located 1/2 mile from the Portneuf Wellness Complex, Nouveau Medspa, the Soda Barn and several local businesses.
