Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Okrug Gornji (Čiovo) 7 km from Trogir: Beautiful villa "Andrea", 2 storeys. In the district of Mavarštica 1.8 km from the centre of Okrug Gornji, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 170 m from the sea, 170 m from the beach. Private: property 400 m2 , swimming pool angular (7 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, 20.04.-16.11.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (90 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises.

Villa Milla is a completely new well-equipped tourist facility, located on the south side of the island of Ciovo in the beautiful bay of Mavarstica, only 80 m from the sea. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.

This is a perfect, new, modern, luxury furnished 4 star villa with a private swimming pool, for those who want to have privacy, enjoy the peace & quiet but are at the same time only a 10 minute walk away from the historic town center. The villa has an amazing view of the Adriatic sea and of the world famous old historic center of Trogir. The whole villa and property are secluded. To be clear; this is NOT a party house for loud people. If early check in is possible, it is an ADDITIONAL FEE.

Villa Marin is situated in the first row by the sea. Pool is 8x4x1,4 meters. You can enjoy beautiful blue sea from all rooms. In June 2017. was finished the complete reconstruction of the interior and exterior. There's a sofa in the living room which can become very comfortable place to sleep for two persons ( 200x160 cm ). There's one couple-bedroom ( 200x180 cm ). Each of other two bedroomshave two beds which can be separated as needed. The area of the villa and the enviroment is 600 m2.
