Tulip Tree Cottage was originally the village school house built in the 1870's and now a comfortable and newly converted home situated in the Kent Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for Canterbury, Whitstable and the coast. We allow one good dog. The room and bathroom has MVHR , which is a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system which keeps the air circulating.
