Our comfortable king-size bedroom with own bathroom, in a separate area upstairs in our house, overlooks a lovely walled garden in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in England. We also have an adjacent smaller twin bedroom which is available for the same group or perfect for families with children (aged 5 upwards). Both bedrooms share the same private bathroom. We are perfectly placed to enjoy beautiful Flatford Mill and Constable country. The coast is nearby too.

Set in an acre of garden, it’s a tranquil retreat, perfect for those who enjoy the rustle of trees and birdsong. A rural annexe offering very comfortable, peaceful, accommodation, 2 double or twin rooms with Sky TV, Wifi, a sitting room with TV. Easy reach of Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Stansted Airport, Haverhill. Good local pubs/restaurants. Being located in a rural/countryside location, there are lovely walks and cycling routes enabling guests to enjoy the surrounding villages and local area. Pop can help with these outdoor pursuits aswell as any other interests in the local area.

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

Magical medieval timbered cottage, looking over the green to the spires of Melford Hall, 5 minutes walk from the huge 14th century Holy Trinity Church (you can hear the bells on Sunday morning). The cottage is surrounded by beautiful rural walks through water meadows by the river and open farmland.

Beautiful rural retreat

The Old Rectory is a secluded family home at the end of a long lane just 4 miles from Lavenham. There are large gardens with trampoline and a South facing terrace for tea or evening glass of wine. We are offering it on a bed & breakfast basis or full board. There is a sitting room for guests' use. There are wonderful walks from the house and plenty of storage for bicycles. We have a small holding with chickens, pigs and sheep and a large vegetable patch.
