No electricity downtime. This apartment is attached to the main house but has its own private entrance. The full apartment is for the quests own use. This apartment is for 1 - 4 people sharing. 1 separate bedroom with double bed and single bed & ensuite bathroom (shower only). 1 separate toilet. 1 bed in living area. The open plan has a lounge set, dining room table and kitchen area. The kitchen is furnished for self-catering and includes a fridge, microwave, two-plate stove, mini-oven, kettle, pots and cutlery. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with full DSTV Package. The in-door area is 95m2 and the braai area another 35m2. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. Self Check-in procedure. I’m sometimes not telephonically available during the day but can always be reached via the AirBnB App, text message or email. If you wish to meet me, just let me know and we can meet. The apartment is in the Lynnwood neighbourhood in Pretoria East. It's a peaceful place for a morning run and afternoon walk. Walk to Hoërskool Menlopark and a grocery store. Atterbury theatre is also close by. Uber is available in this area. Main road with Gautrain busses are in walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor and can only be reached via steps.
