Unwind and relax in this calm, stylish space. We are nestled in the woods minutes away from Soldotna. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for your vacation. It can sleep up to 5 people, 6 if you don't mind a bit less privacy. The master suite is upstairs with a stunning bathroom adjoined. The second bedroom on the main floor. It has a bathroom close by. We will be across the woods so never hesitate to reach out to us! If you're lucky, there may be fresh cookies upon arrival.

Historic Russian Cabin With Ocean Views

The hand hewn log cabin was built in the late 1800's by Russian settlers and is located in the historic native/Russian settlement of Ninilchik. (An idyllic village that sits on the Cook Inlet, through which the lovely winding Ninilchik River runs.) 180 mile drive from anchorage and only 35 miles from famous Homer, Alaska on the Kachemak bay. You will have total privacy but if you need anything im a 5 minute walk down the road and always reachable by phone.

Eagles Perch

This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom currently has four twin beds, two of which can convert into a king bed. Enjoy a full kitchen, deck, and spectacular views of the Ninilchik river and Mount Redoubt. House Rules: No Smoking/Vaping/Drugs No Pets of any kind No Parties/Events No guests greater than sleeping capacity of the unit. *** $50-$100+ fee will be charged per night in violation of this.

Reeder Lake House

The Reeder Lake lake house is close to the Kasilof River and the Clam Gulch beach. We are also a nice stop on your way to Ninilchik for halibut charters or a day trip to Homer. We are about 20 minutes from (URL HIDDEN) and 30 minutes from Kenai. It's a cute and cozy house with a lot of character and comfort! The Reeder lake house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
