Your space has a private entrance and its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. There is a large workspace perfect for remote work. WiFi is FAST. The space is secluded at the end of the main house with its own private entrance. There are no shared living spaces and you have access to the REFRESHING PRIVATE POOL, shaded, and sunny patios, and a large yard. There are table and chairs in a beautiful setting perfect for a BBQ meal from the available pellet smoker or a sumptuous delivered meal.

Come get away and relax in our 1 BR guest cottage in the lovely village of Claremont, walkable to town and the Colleges. Hit the french bakery for breakfast, hike the Claremont loop before lunch. The beach or winter skiing are both within 60 mins. A library of books, a calming pond outside, and a private patio area out back make it easy to unwind. Our private Cedar Nest is a detached modern garden studio that sits at the rear of our lot in the foothills area of Claremont.
