You’ll love our place because it's fully self contained light and airy, surrounded by nature, very friendly neighborhood, easy 20 min beach walk to Woolgoolga. Stylish, air conditioned, 1 bedroom self-contained B&B apartment located on the ground floor of my residence in a quiet street in Grafton. Only 4 minutes drive to CBD. Includes single carport, and separate entry with key security safe for self check-in. Well equipped kitchenette, modern bathroom and laundry facilities; residence has river frontage, heated pool and spa. Accommodation suits professionals for short or longer term stays. The unit is not set up for babies, toddlers or teenagers.

Katandra: Beautiful self-contained accommodation

Katandra offers a self - contained guest suite with separate entrance at the front of our home. It comprises a large bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is a large comfortable living area. The separate breakfast room has a small sink, fridge, microwave, electric double hotplate for your basic cooking needs as well as a kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. There is a covered porch that overlooks the garden, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

Relax in this calm & stylish space where you can recharge while enjoying the local beach, walks, cafes. Our beach is only a 2 min walk, where you can stroll, swim, surf or fish. The studio apartment is spacious with a very comfortable Queen bed with quality linen bedding. The apartment is part of our newly built main residence but has a separate entrance & is totally private & self contained. We provide a generous continental breakfast for your first night of stay, with cereal, fruit, etc

The nest is a free standing cabin on 5 hectares of land in the beautiful Gleniffer Valley just 5 minutes drive from Bellingen. The cabin has a wrap around verandah and is tucked away from the main house providing privacy, tranquility and an opportunity to enjoy the gardens and the amazing wildlife who we share the property with. Please walk around to enjoy the property during your stay. There are landscaped gardens, an orchard and veggie patch, so help yourself to produce.

Daphne’s Cottage

Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable
