Just seconds down the street, the old railway bed offers routes for walking, biking, or quads—leading to Bonavista, Terra Nova, and Whitbourne.

Enjoy a fire in the firepit, or choose to explore the pond in our kayaks- there is so much beauty to see! There are also many popular hiking trails in the area! $30 pet fee required for pets. Please notify us upon booking.

Spacious 2 Bedroom Unit (w/optional hydropool)

Spacious 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen, free washer & dryer, free parking, Wi-fi and TV included. Located in Clarenville close to all amenities such as the hospital, Events Center, White Hills, shopping, hiking and walking trails. This is a basement apt with private entry. We have a hydropool! This is NOT included in the price but can be added. Please ask about pricing - has to be requested a min of 24 hours prior to check in. Single cot available. Pets not to be unaccompanied.

Sunset Oasis is a bright and beautiful 2 bedroom apartment centrally located in Clarenville. Sunset Oasis is just minutes away from the Eastlink Event Centre, White Hills Ski Resort and numerous hiking and ATV/snowmobile trails. The apartment is equipped with stainless steel appliances and comfy beds. There is a Queen Endy mattress in the 1st bedroom and a Double Endy mattress in the 2nd bedroom.
