Welcome to Your Home Away from Home in Springfield. We are located 1 block from Wittenberg University and walkable to downtown Springfield, Veteran's Park Amphitheater and some of Springfield's favorite restaurants and bars. Whether you are traveling alone or with family you will be able to relax in style. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern amenities. The first floor bathroom features a stackable washer and dryer. Outside you can enjoy our patio, BBQ and fully fenced yard.

Completely renovated in 2025! Relax and recharge in this cozy 1BR/1BA with your own private 65-jet hot tub! Perfect for couples' getaway, but also fully equipped for those looking for a longer stay. Rebuilt with a new kitchen, modern bath, comfy queen bed, fast Wi-Fi, and free laundry access. Enjoy a fenced backyard, 3 acres woodland vibes, and easy access to local nature park trails like Gallagher Fen Preserve and Old Reid Park/Kirby Preserve, as well as Buck Creek State Park's swimming beach.

The treehouse-cabins themselves stand on ten foot posts. As you climb the stairs onto the lovely 16 foot deck you enter into a rustic and elegant space all your own. The room offers a wet bar, sink, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The dual head shower adds a luxurious modern touch to compliment the handmade wooden furniture. The tree houses are 100 yards away from the main house. These all have Queen beds and perfect for two! Continental Breakfast included Mon-Fri 8-9am; Sat-Sun 9-10am

Not only is this home a nod to American Gothic but is is steeped in its own history. Originally built as a Cities Service station built in 1929

We encourage you to visit Young's Jersey Dairy for putt-putt golf, a driving range, farm animals, and ice cream!!
