Near the pier guesthouse - Room 88(family+kitchen)

***** PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK***** The good: this room is the well equipped for family. Your kid is going to love it. The bad: SOUND! You will hear water and foot steps sounds from other guests upstairs. This is a basement room with 4 small Windows. We discounted this room for the above reason. Keep in mind the price is for a bedroom with kitchen and dining in central downtown location. Please ONLY BOOK if you are OK with the above description and agree not to leave a bad review!

Spacious room w/ 3 beds, fireplace, private bath

This large room is on the third floor of the Historic Wing and there are a few extra stairs up to it. It has a queen bed, 2 twin beds and a seating area. Warm up by the electric fireplace. There is a full private bathroom with shower and tub combination. There is a peak of the ocean from this room. Guests must be 21+ to book. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel), max 2 pets. Breakfast is served for a separate charge.

The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too.

These oceanfront rooms (there are 4 different room layouts) have king beds and kitchens (oven, microwave, sink). Relax in the deep jetted tubs and near the electric fireplace. Open your door to your private patio or balcony and relax while you watch the waves. Enjoy the firepit and lawn. Hotel is pet friendly. The Deluxe King Suite is a spacious guest room featuring a king bed with a pillow top mattress. Included in this suite is free wifi, a comfortable seating area, and the communal kitchen located down the hall. It has its own private bathroom with shower, mini-fridge, and walnut counter top.
