Completely renovated guest home, on 36 peaceful acres, with walking trails and beautiful views. We are a small family farm, raising meat goats, pigs, and chickens. A donkey, two cows, and five farm dogs complete our crew. Join us for a private farm tour to meet the animals - just be sure to wear your barn gear! Located adjacent to Clemmons State Park and 5 minutes from the Mountains to Sea Trail and the Neuse River. Get away from it all, and still be only minutes from Clayton and Raleigh.

Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat, designed for adults only, is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and much more. @timberwoodtinyhome

Rustic Cabin on a Working Farm in Durham

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.

We live in a home on the property and are happy to assist you with anything you need during your stay. There's a shared yard with a fire pit and hammock as well.
