Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Located directly on the Little Red River you will enjoy all that the Arkansas outdoors has to offer. You have access to our private fishing dock. Relax in the evenings on the large deck with a bbq and a soak in the hot tub. The deck is great for observing the local wildlife such as geese and river otters. Fish from the dock or for fly fishing enthusiast Cow Shoals walk-in area is just 2 miles away, making it super easy to get some good fishing in. If you’re in the mood for some lake time, you’re just 10 minutes from the Dam Site Marina on Greers Ferry Lake, where you can enjoy boating, swimming, or simply taking in the stunning views.
