Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

Fish from the dock or for fly fishing enthusiast Cow Shoals walk-in area is just 2 miles away, making it super easy to get some good fishing in. If you’re in the mood for some lake time, you’re just 10 minutes from the Dam Site Marina on Greers Ferry Lake, where you can enjoy boating, swimming, or simply taking in the stunning views.

Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river!
