The Pavo is located 0.8 miles from the OU Stadium and 0.5 miles from Campus Corner, providing a perfect location for walkability to all that the OU Campus area has to offer. Unique private guest suite comprising the entire 950 sq. ft. of the whole upstairs of the home with its own private entrance. Come and go as you please. The suite features a full kitchen, a bath with a shower and separate tub, a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a bedroom with a queen bed and a balcony. There is an area off the dining area with a double daybed which can be sealed off with the sliding closet doors. The suite features your own central heat and air units.

The home features the original owners hand crafted solid wood cabinetry throughout and is full of authentic mid century fixtures that have aged well but, please note, are not in like new condition. Furnished with an eclectic mix of period pieces and collected artwork, every room is flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows.

Beautiful traditional spacious ranch house less than a mile east of the OU campus. Easy walk to the Mont and large driveway for multiple car parking. Great place for family and friends to get away for the weekend or enjoy events on the OU campus. GREAT game day house. It is a quiet neighborhood so loud parties are not allowed. Recently updated kitchen appliances. New flooring and new carpeting in bedrooms. We keep updating as we go!
