Our stylish private sleepout is the perfect place to stay to relax and unwind! Enjoy morning and evening walks on the beach or sit and watch the bird life, this tranquil setting will allow you to enjoy nature at its finest. Nestled privately at the back garden, away from the main house, you’ll find this open and airy room ideal for your short stay in Hawke’s Bay. Apartment set amongst Apple Orchard + E Bike Hire

" ‘Hamnavoe’ is our name for the apartment and is in Haumoana, 800 metres from the coast, 10 minutes from Hastings, 15 Minutes to Napier. This two bedroom apartment has two large 20 square metre bedrooms upstairs. Views over an apple orchard planted in Rockit Apples. New bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. Use of the house pool 25 metres away. Close to the bike trails and coast. Wineries within biking distance." We have two E- bikes. Hire is $75.00 a day and $40.00 a half day.

Modern architecturally renovated studio Tuki Tuki

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Nestled between apple orchards and banks of the Ngaruroro River Positioned between Napier and Hastings in Hawke’s Bay, it offers the perfect retreat. Ideally located, it’s just 10–15 minutes to Napier, Hastings, and Havelock North, with HB Sports Park and EIT Pettigrew Arena in Taradale only minutes away. A perfect base for exploring the region! Good space for RV parking

Conveniently located in the rural outskirts of Clive village, 10 minutes drive from both Napier and Hastings cities. Close to shops yet away from street lights and traffic noise. Located next to the ocean, literally a stones throw from the coastal cycle trail Private ensuite bathroom, breakfast area in sun porch seperate from bedroom with kettle, toaster and bar fridge, tea, coffee. Premium quality King bed for the best possible nights sleep.

Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
