All this, in a setting of azaleas, palms and 20 steps to pool with stores and restaurants just 2 blocks away. Please note there is only 1 parking space available for your stay.

Beautiful maple hardwood & tile floors throughout. Fully appointed kitchen boasts granite countertops, maple cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. New Washer/Dryer. Jim Says "I personally stay in each of my units to ensure they are maintained to my highest level of expectations."

Bedroom has a queen-size bed and brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. Rental includes 2 beach chairs, cart and umbrella. Absolutely no pets and no smoking allowed.
