Heron St offers its own private beach walk. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Coligny Plaza, offering local shopping, restaurants, and a grocery store. The house features a delightful outdoor shower, 2 bicycles and a shed loaded with 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, a frisbee and a surf fishing pole and tackle.

The Caddyshack - Perfect Location!

Welcome to The Caddyshack! Centrally located in Shipyard, this fully renovated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath villa overlooks the tee box on the 3rd hole of the Brigatine golf course. Enjoy the screened porch or the deck complete with an outside tiki shower. I also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, cooler, and lots of beach toys! I'm sorry but pets are not allowed.
