Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Outdoor sitting at Small table in the front garden & Adirondack chairs in the backyard. 1/2 block to the beach, kayak, fishing, boat launch, cafe & 2 restaurants. Home has been renovated w love and caring. No parties. Please be considerate of cleaning person.

Come stay in our cozy lakefront cottage. Outdoor deck w/dining table that leads to a fully fenced in backyard w/outdoor shower and private beach. 2 Single Kayaks available to use! Centrally located but quiet. Located down a dead end street on Lake Sabbatia. 10 Miles to Xfinity Center 17 Miles to Patriot Place&Gillette 29 Miles to Providence 39 Miles to Boston Currently set up as a 1 bedroom w/an office. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay at my house and the best part is you are surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries!
