Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

The Historic Hideaway is a cute 1 bd/1bth guesthouse that can sleep three people. It is centrally located in Bryan/College Station's Southside Historic area, 1000 ft from Texas A&M University property, and one of the closest residential properties to Kyle Field. The guesthouse is a stand-alone unit perfect for single, couples or small families that’s above the main property garage with access to semi-private pool, patio, and free driveway parking for one car. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. Aggieland Game Day Retreat Near Campus

Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new flooring, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

This two-bedroom, stylish apartment with KING beds is easy walking distance to campus...and even shorter walk to the restaurants and shopping at Northgate. Sink into the sectional sofa and enjoy streaming your favorites on the 55" TV. This unit is on the Bryan side of campus, so it is convenient for events across Bryan/College Station, and especially those on campus at Texas A&M. The unit boasts brand new appliances, including washer and dryer.

Our guesthouse is a clean, contemporary space with a touch of traditional character. You will be amazed by the impressive view and refreshed by the relaxing atmosphere.
