The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. If you enjoy mountain biking, hiking, horses, or UTV/ATV riding, this is the location for you. With McDowell Mountain Park and Brown’s Ranch a short bike ride away, this property has access to some of the finest hiking and mountain bike trails in the state. In addition, properly registered UTV/ATV can ride into the Tonto from this location without having to trailer.
