It is 100% private w/2 doors dividing our space. Lock on your side. Washer & dryer provided. 10 min downtown or to MU stadium. 2 min to mall & 5 min to eateries on Broadway&Stadium. Small backyard.

The 2 bed 1 bath apartment includes all new furniture, in unit w/d, Wi-Fi, Roku smart tv and necessities . Main bedroom has a California king size bed.

The Fox Cottage

Welcome to our cozy retreat in the heart of Columbia. Home of the Mizzou Tigers, True/False Film Festival, Katy Trail, historic downtown, and much more! Located within a 1 mile drive to downtown, your home away from home includes off-street parking, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, and fenced back yard. We offer complimentary coffee, snacks, and a selection of board games, vinyl records, and streaming services.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

The Painter's Garden

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious, private home in a quiet, leafy neighborhood. Less than 1 mile off I-70 & 4 miles from downtown/campus/MU and Boone hospitals. Pet- and kid-friendly with a sizable, securely fenced backyard and cement patio with fire pit, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture and canvas shade. Cozy, modern interior features 40 original paintings by the owner and an electric fireplace.

Private guest quarters are set-up in a basement Mother-In Law Suite with private entrance and amenities. Newly refinished two bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and entertaining space fully accommodates up to five adults. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two twin beds. Located close to downtown and within walking distance of the stadium, restaurants, coffee shop, and more.

We have a delightful mother-in-law apartment that is perfect for families, business travelers, girls' weekends and more. The space includes two large bedrooms (one on the main level and one upstairs), a living room, kitchenette (no oven/stove) and bathroom, and it is fully furnished. We are pet-friendly, but charge an extra $50 to your reservation fee. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet.
