Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The entire home has been newly renovated with thoughtful touches and an eclectic feel. Conveniences include a wood stove, sleep number mattress, Viking gas stovetop/oven, deck facing river with propane grill, a covered carport entry, and a 180* river view at the top of the property! The Barn at Broadleaf Bend

Enjoy the coziness of the BirdHouse. Our kitchen has the necessities to cook. We provide olive oil, spices, salt and pepper, farm fresh eggs, coffee filters, and trash bags. For the bathroom we provide starter shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and of course the towels. Linens provided also. Enjoy the courtyard area with its gas fireplace and seating area. Cook on the gas grill and enjoy a meal at the bistro table. Please come and relax!

Doors open to the backyard which connects to a County park and scenic overlook of Susquehanna River 300 yards away. Located 10 minutes from York, 10 minutes from Lancaster and nestled in between the cozy River-towns of Columbia, Marietta and Mount Joy. North West River Trail is near by.

The Penny House was once a carriage house for horses; years later the second floor was converted into two unique living spaces.
