Adventure Haus - A-Frame Cabin with Mountain Views

Welcome to the Adventure Haus- a two bedroom, two bath cabin located just outside of South Fork close to ATV trails, the Rio Grande River, and Wolf Creek Ski Area. This cabin has been designed to be your basecamp for adventure. Between the 4 decks attached to the cabin, log porch swing, and fire pit area with Adirondack Chairs, you will have no trouble finding a proper place to relax. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel within an hour to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly built. Quiet place in the country. Spacious parking. Minutes from town, UTV riding, fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling. Pets welcome. RV Hook up available. Fun fact about this building is that it is a barndominium. The metal part came from Summitville. The old gold mine by South Fork, It was the shop that was up there. It was taken down and we reassembled the metal part and built this.

River Front Cabin 150 Acres!

The Cutbow Ranch is a truly one of a kind stay. This cabin sits on the banks of the San Antonio River that has been renovated with the fly fisher in mind. The property boasts nearly 200 private acres with almost 1 full mile of private river.Spring and Fall are best times for fishing. The property also has walking trails NOTE! Dry conditions due to widespread drought have caused river to become unfishable. Fall will see river back up.

Located 30 minutes away from Alamosa, CO and shopping. One hour away from Ojo Caliente Hot springs.

Riverside Ranch House

This beautiful home is located in the outskirts of the small town of Del Norte, CO. The house itself sits on a small river side ranch mainly used for grazing cattle. With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. The Riverside Ranch House is located not far from local mountain biking/ hiking and OHV trails for any one with recreational interests.

Brookie on the Conejos

Our cabins are located directly on the Conejos River with everything you could need for your stay. PLEASE NOTE CATCH AND RELEASE FLY FISHING MAY NOT be available for the rest of the 2026 season due to extremely low water levels and high temps. Please message for availability prior to booking. Also please note, we do allow dogs, however we charge a $50 pet fee. Come enjoy a peaceful getaway with us!

Private Cabin on the Conejos River

We offer a great cabin, a stones thrown from the river on our elk ranch. Our all-season cabin can accommodate couples, or groups up to 6, and serve as a home base or launching spot for the areas countless activities. We also offer fly fishing access, if available with a rod fee, this is seperate from cabin, and must be booked in advance. We charge a $100 per pet fee.
