Please note: While our home is not child-proofed, families with children are welcome at your discretion.

Wild Treehouse Paradise in the Cliffs & Trees

Nestled in a private quiet green canyon amidst trees, built into a cliff, the Treehouse is in the heart of Prescott's gorgeous Granite Dells. This rustic 3-room Treehouse is for the fit and adventurous! It's furnished with a dresser, desk, chairs and a comfortable queen futon bed. Seasonal (April - Oct), solarium-covered pool, pond, lawn and canyon trails. The Treehouse is open for bookings Apr 15 - Oct 31. There are no refunds for wildlife sightings or an inability to climb the winding steps.

The Painted Lady

This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

Located in a peaceful, secluded neighborhood next to miles of State land—just 15 minutes from Wickenburg. Message the host if horse pens are needed to confirm availability.

Welcome to Rancho Vista a beautiful open floor plan home in Wickenburg. Horse corrals available. Enjoy the desert views in this newly decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, luxury bedding, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials . Washer and dryer, split floor plan great for families or additional guests. Horse pens available for additional fee upon request. Pens are $15.00/night NO PETS allowed in home due to owners family allergies/health issues. This includes NO SERVICE DOGS.

Tenderfoot Hill Retreat

Peaceful home on a four acre property that is located adjacent to public access BLM land. Ride for miles on your ATV, UTV, or horses. Large horse paddocks are available on site. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. A large yard for parking big rigs. Horses are an additional $20 per day per animal. NOTICE: The hot tub is not available during the summer months: June-September

The living room offers a reclining couch and 55 in tv. 2 bedrooms offer a Queen adjustable bed and two twin beds with a washer and dryer, 1 bathroom with walk in tile shower. Stay a night or week and enjoy what Wickenburg has to offer. Horse stalls and turnout areas are available with a separate fee from Casita rental.

John Riordan House Built in 1898 Vacant for 60 yrs

Highest rentable space in Jerome. Authentically restored to it's original 1898 condition. House had been buried in mud since 1953 until the compete resurrection in 2012. The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package. Extended stay welcome. Please note that I do not have a BBQ nor grill.
