Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The LV Chalet is located less than 30min to popular North Conway, N.H./15 min to Historic Fryeburg, Maine. The Chalet is ideal for couples, friends & families to relax! In the Summer, enjoy beach access to Lower Kimball Lake, nearby Saco River and year round hiking trails. In the winter, the Chalet is situated between ski mountains: Cranmore Mountain & Pleasant Mountain. There’s also close access to Snowmobile trails. Spacious 5 bedroom home with convenient lake access, just a short walk or 5-minute drive to beautiful Lake Ossipee. Enjoy easy proximity to King Pine Ski Area and a quick 25-minute drive to Conway, where you'll find outlet shopping, scenic hiking trails, and a variety of restaurants. This property features a large yard with a fire pit, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The master bedroom includes a private deck—perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night.

"So close to the water's edge you could practically fish from the deck." That's what guests say about Idylweiss Chalet, our pond-side chalet in Eidelweiss Village, 15 minutes from North Conway. Mornings on the deck with the loons calling across Little Pea Porridge Pond. Afternoons on the private sandy beach with the canoe and kayak. Sleeps seven across three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. A short drive to Storyland, ski resorts, and the Kancamagus Highway.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
