Welcome to our new construction tiny home on the Kenai Peninsula! Our property is a cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, has brand new furnishings, a fully outfitted kitchen & plenty of space to park. The Kenai Peninsula is an ideal hub for all of your outdoor adventures. Enjoy fishing on the Kenai river, hiking, sight seeing & fly out guide tours in the summer & ice fishing, snowshoeing, skiing, & so much more in the winter! Please note: we don't have wifi & we have a very strict NON SMOKING policy.

Modern Rustic Chalet in Sand Lake Anchorage

This brand newly remodeled chalet style home boasts white ship lap ceilings, cedar walls and open beams. Large picture windows reveal the Chugach mountains range. It’s open floor concepts has the feel of a mountain lodge with the modern upgrades of a town house. Bedroom loft features beautiful architectural design and comfort. This place is a wonderful getaway for a couple or a family up to 6. Neighboring Kincaid State Park with its ocean views and large trail system offer a variety of activity

Cooper Cabins

Log building with 2 queen beds. In the winter this is my garage but summer it's a great 'cabin'. No water in cabin. Micro, fridge, covered area with gas grill,space heater, private shower/toilet house. Fire pit, no wood supplied. Kenai Lake access is 1 mile, great beach walking. Fish on the Kenai, 1.5 miles away or drive 6 miles to the Russian River. Dogs allowed but you cannot leave them alone in the cabin unless they are in a kennel. If days are not available please ask, I might be open.

This location may have some neighbors close by but it offers the seclusion you enjoy when you want to just get away and relax.
