The Hayloft- Apartment with Mountain View

The Hayloft is a renovated hay barn loft once used by an Alaskan pack hunting guide. It was later converted to an adorable loft style apartment. With nearby hiking in the Chugach National Forest or fishing on the Upper Kenai, the loft is the perfect jumping off point for a variety of adventures on the Kenai Peninsula. You will feel right at home in this charming and cozy apartment perfect for a small family or group of friends. We have added Starlink internet service for great WiFi speeds!

The Bear Home offers gorgeous, upscale riverfront accommodations for your Alaska dream vacation. Nestled along the Kenai River in the heart of Kenai Peninsula, this tranquil setting is the perfect basecamp for your adventures. Easy driving to Seward or Homer. A private trail from this vacation home leads to our sister property, Kenai Riverside Lodge, an ecolodge specializing in guided fishing and rafting day trips. Welcome to Exit Glacier Cabins! Our brand new cabin features large windows & cozy spaces to enjoy the breathtaking mountain views and braided river. Close to the Seward Harbor and on the road to Exit Glacier, we are nearby all of the action while still amidst wildlife and incredibly scenery. Our plush beds, comfy sofa, fully stocked kitchen, & custom shower make the indoors super comfortable; while our lounge chairs, picnic table, grill & fire pit will help you take in Alaska's beauty.

Zenith Sterling Cabin

Relax at our NEW peaceful cabin in the woods. Space is turnkey includes 1 bedroom and loft, both w/ queen beds. The closest stay to Skilak lake loop for all of your hiking, fishing and outdoor adventures. Additionally it is the closest stay on this side to the Russian. When your day of Alaskan adventures comes to an end, return, cook dinner in the full kitchen, spend the evening lounging fireside in our outdoor space and finish off with a relaxing soak in the indoor jetted jacuzzi tub.

Kenai Adventure Cabins Queen Loft

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil Kenai getaway! This One Room Cozy Cabin has a Queen loft bed, a private covered porch, blackout shades, small table/2 chairs and mini fridge. This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

Inside the fresh 3/3 unit you'll find everything your group needs for a relaxing stay. Designed with travelers in mind this unit has 2 en suite bathrooms, a king bed and 2 queens. A second story deck space overlooking the wildlife filled vista is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee. High ceilings, double stack view windows and attention to detail throughout!

Spruce Bear Cabin

Discover the charm and comfort of Spruce Bear Cabin, a newly built, custom-designed getaway completed in May 2025 by its owners, Marques and Teal. The cabin features unique finishes throughout, including wood trim milled from trees found right on the property. Set on 10 private acres just outside Moose Pass, the cabin offers mountain views from every window. Keep an eye out for black bears and mountain goats, often seen roaming the surrounding mountainside during the summer.

Fiddlehead Yurts

We are not your average getaway. Hidden in the rainforest canopy, spend the afternoon grilling on the porch while watching the eagles fly to and from their nest above the yurt. When your ready to wind down listen to the owls hoot around the fire ring while watching the sunset from exit glacier. A labor of love as my first home, I hope you get a slice of the serenity that comes with unplugging in this magical spot. If you’re lucky you’ll wake up to a moose or two in the pond.
