There is a smart tv and new unlimited WIFI for streaming you favourite films.

There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Situated in the National Park and surrounded by fells such as Scafell Pike and Great Gable, Yewbarrow is in the heart of walking and climbing countryside. The cottage is close to the Cumbrian Coast with St Bees’ long sandy beach and RSPB nature reserve, the historic town of Whitehaven, Muncaster Castle and Ravenglass, with its narrow gauge steam railway which travels to Boot.

Cosy two bedroom holiday let set on a working Herdwick sheep farm situated in the picturesque Wasdale valley within the Lake District National Park. The cottage is set on the shores of Wastwater and so offers stunning views of the lake and the surrounding hills. It is the perfect starting point for numerous Wainwright walks. Scafell Pike, Yewbarrow and Illgill Head can all be started from the doorstep. Very easy access to the lake for paddleboarding, kayaking and wild swimming.

The King George pub is only a minute walk away, serving lovely home cooked food and real ale. The Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway, known locally as “La’al Ratty” is only a ten minute walk from the cottage. Eskdale Stores is open daily. The cottage itself has been recently renovated and has a secure garden with lovely views, ideal dogs.

Set in two acres of mature trees, gardens and river frontage, with lots of wildlife.

The Buttery is cosy and quirky self contained private accommodation adjoining the barn offering self catering accommodation for a couple in a double bed. There is an enclosed private "courtyard" garden but if you let your dogs roam in there please keep an eye on them. Also spectacular views of Scafell.
