Velkommen til dette charmerende hus i Solrød lige ved siden af en fantastisk sandstrand og skov. Her kan I nyde naturens ro, havets brusen og fuglenes sang, alt sammen uden trafikstøj. Huset ligger i gåafstand fra Solrød centeret, som byder på restauranter, butikker og alt hvad I skulle have brug for til en afslappende ferie. København er magisk om vinteren! Udforsk byens charme og vend tilbage til vores hyggefyldte hus. Slap af ved den knitrende brændeovn og nyd vinterens fredfyldte varme.

New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Lovely beach house near Copenhagen

The house is within a 5 minuts walk from shopping in the village of Solrød and the train station. Copenhagen is only a 25 min drive by train or car. The house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, big living room with open kitchen/dining room and 2 big terrasses and a lawn with trampolin etc.

Hus med kakelugn nära havet i fridfullt område i Bunkeflostrand. Perfekt utgångspunkt för avkoppling, äventyr och shopping. Njut av en stor trädgård med uteplats och grill i söderläge. Det finns fem cyklar att låna. Promenadstråk längs havet med utsikt över Öresundsbron, stora grönytor och lekplats finns på bara några minuters gångavstånd. Cykelavstånd till härliga stränder. Bussen tar dig snabbt till Hyllie, Malmö och Köpenhamn.

Trivsamt och gästvänligt hus

Luta dig tillbaka bland talltopparna, ta en utedusch, lyssna på fågelkvittret och koppla av i detta fridfulla, arkitektritade boende. En insynsskyddad oas i bakträdgården av vår tomt som stod färdigt sommaren 2023. Gångavstånd till livsmedelsbutik, buss, restaurang , lokalt bageri, golfbana och en personlig favorit - en av de vackraste stränder med fina badmöjligheter. Trevligt promenadstråk om ca 2 km ner till stranden.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

210 m2 nyopført funkishus i roligt villakvarter mellem centrum og lufthavnen. Med pool og opvarmet spa. I vil bo i vores familie-villa, hvor vi til dagligt selv bor med vores store børn. Vi udlejer huset når det passer ind i familiens ferieplaner.

Charming house next to the beach

Charming and modernized house close to the beach and Rungsted Harbour with lots of great restaurants. The house has a wonderful private garden with sun all day. When rented you have the whole house for yourselves.
